Hi, since you are new to CT I'll presume that you don't know yet that although the rating cherries give you a wide range of choices from from 1 to 10, people never rate anything other than 10 unless they are trying to be nasty. So if you didn't know that, now is your chance to go back to the people you rated less than 10 and re-rate them a 10. The other possibility is that you have another account and you created this one as an additional anonymous account just to downrate people, in which case I feel sorry for you.
