I suppose this is the time & place for discovery about me starting with some laughs over drinks.

I have my B.S. Architectural Engineering, I was going to U.S.F. to become a county commissioner but I didn't finish my Masters Architecture / Community Development at USF/SACD, because things changed and life just took a different direction.

Early on in my life I sold fleets of new & used limo's & cars wholesale, then became a chef. I was a chef at Sheraton Hotel/Conference Center Boston, The Rain Forest, Plantation Golf and Country Club, Venice Yacht Club, and a couple of other Private Golf and Country Clubs.

I moved around a bit, then built my first house in Sarasota, FL. I started a small trans-continental independent motor carrier fleet of trucks, cross-country long haul throughout US/CAN/MEX. ok now a more personal viewpoint. I'm a dvcd dad of three fantastic kids. I try to be a pleasant natured laid back person, which can be challenging for any "Type-A" personality. Anyone who know's me will tell you, I'm a good listener, non-judgemental down to earth kind of guy. Have you ever seen the movie (the Breakup) w/ Vince Vaughn? well when Gary's friend that own's the bar told him he's the guy everyone want's to hang around with because it's great to do thing's with him, but everyone know's he only does the things he wants to do, and that's ok because thats what makes him who he is because he's in his element, unfortunately though he never really let the girl in and he lost the girl by the time he woke up to the fact he needed to make some serious changes. Well Gary is like so many guys, a guys guy/the man of men so many guys aspire to be more like, the guy everyone want's to hang around with because it's great to do thing's with him, unfortunately though when you are that guy, you don't realize your strengths are your faults till you've lost what matters most and you need to make changes in your life.
