“My Lesson” Emotions so fragile any wrong move could shatter it Endless nights wondering what went wrong A million thoughts running rapid with no end insight Consumed by sadness never knowing when it will stop Wounded so deeply numbness is what’s left The scare that remains will be my reminder Of how it was inflicted on my flawless skin A view for all to see hoping to get a kick from it My star once bright has now become dimmed So much for hopes and dreams they are now shattered In its place comes disappointment and reality This what we call “broken hearted” nothing more

~I Lye~ I lye, savoring every moment like it's our last. Time ticks away tic, tock, tic tock, uneven beats but yet in rhythm. How much can I take I do not know. My mind races from the previous night oh how I loved it My love once pure now tainted with betrayal. Echoes stir from afar moments later dead silence, the sun has woken, its rays burning through me, this my punishment "I cry out" moon, why have you abandoned me my good friend. I notice a figure next to me the same one I see every night. Trapped and alone I feel the safest in your arms, you cause me to lose all train of thought for a few hours of freedom I yearn for. Angered and frustrated I take you in my arms and shower you with bliss once again

So I'm a rock fan and I've noticed that some of the music that my bands put out are getting alot of heat cuase they changed there style just a lil bit. I mean don't artist have to grow and try new things why can't these "so called fans" see that all bands will try something new and diff then what we are used too. Just beucuse its not as hardcore does that make them a sellout. It just makes me irritated but then again I have to remember that these kids are young and don't have a good concept on music. if there is no change then you wont get very far right? ^_^
