I work 6-7 days a week. If my boss calls me to come in early or to work on my day off, I do. I work doubles when I can so my boss can take a rest. I rarely get a day off unless I ask at least 1-2 months in advance. I've been doing this for almost a year. Now, he wants me to work during the company party. Why should I have to when I'm the one person out of everyone else there that works the same amount of hours as my boss? Everyone else is capable. I told him that I wouldn't but he's more than likely going to schedule me to anyway.
If he schedules me to work during the party, should I just work the hours?
Or should I finally say enough and quit? |
