| so i asked a coworker if i could steal his tuesday night shift. i didn't get a reply except via text message from my manager saying i'm free to take it. but i didn't get any notice til just earlier today. now, i drank entirely too much last night, and my coworker didnt even bother to tell me himself whether or not he was going to give me his shift. should i bother going in, or rubbing the unprofessionalism in both of their faces and simply say "nobody called me and i got no warning..." i could very easily just say i never got the text message. |
