Ok...here's the scenario:

I was self-employed for 10 years. Loved it. But then we relocated to a different part of the country..so I went back into the 9-5 worklife.

I got laid off from my job. I got a severence package and I'm getting unemployment so money-wise, I'm alright.

Now I'm at a crossroads. I can either find another full-time job or I can go back to being self-employed. The self-employed gig is something I've been doing on a part-time basis...but now I would ramp it up and do it full-time.

I'm also going to go back to school...but that's something I'm going to do whether I go to work for myself or someone else.

So...my question: Would you go back to working the day job or would you take the leap and become self-employed again?
