Well what can i say but winter is here !! i love how the snow blankets the land announcing its arrival in full season! Canada's a great place for winter unfourtnately the tendency to hibernate swings into daily life!!! Im currently attending a baking certificate program at a the northern alberta institute of technology and its great ! christmas time is nearing and i cant wait to debut my newly found pastry skills!
