Why must we feel like we need to take our frusteratins out on the ones we love? If you are having a bad day, are feeling a little under the weather, sad, deressed, stressed, or just lonley.... Arn't we supose to talk to the one we love to calm our nerves? We are not supose to acuse them of things that they did not do. Why does insecurit, fear, and shame take over our ability to see that the situation needs to be handled in a very different way?
Please people.... Stop and thing before you speak. If you don't want to talk or are in a bamood, there is a way to easily say just that. I am in a mood and do not feel like talking.
No if there is another reason and you are just using the above as an excuse.... I suggest you re-evaluate what it is you want in life.
