Dogfighting is illegal in all 50 states and the District of Columbia, and the federal Animal Welfare Act prohibits the interstate transportation of dogs for fighting purposes. Forty-eight states, the District of Columbia, Puerto Rico, and the Virgin Islands have made dogfighting a felony offense. Forty-six states, the District of Columbia, and the Virgin Islands prohibit the possession of dogs for fighting. And forty-eight states, the District of Columbia, Puerto Rico, and the Virgin Islands prohibit being a spectator at a dogfight.
The time has come that we, as an evolved society, adopt a zero tolerance policy against dog-fighting.

To be frankly honest with you I owned my own websiten and designed it and I ran a non profit animal rescue organization to rehabilitate American Staffordshire Terriers and Pitbulls I'm from So. Cali and re adopeted them out and now live in Montana. I have akick ass female I rescued at 9 months and now she is all on hand commands. So now I'm looking for a male for her mate even though she is fixed I know the breed they ave been in my family for 20+ yrs so lokking for a male about 1-2 yrs old for her new soul mate companion...we treat our animals like our CHILDREN...please someone out there have a heart and do the right thing without breakin the bank...lol!!!! I'm an actovist and an advocate for these breeds and no way shape or form do I believe in pit rings nor bait for that matter!!!!!
