I've disappeared for a while, and I apologize for that. I've gotten to deal with a shit-load of problems and trials lately.
From December of 2006 until today, in January of 2009:
- I had a best friend decide to invite a few friends over to shower us with his last moments with a gun in his mouth. (Death)
- I had a friend that decided to show everyone how he could make crimson rivers flow from his wrists. (Death)
- I had to move twice. (Once because of school, and once due to money)
- I had to deal with my father having a heart attack. (Luckily he made it through)
- I had my wife walk out in December of 2006, leaving me with four children, only to find out she is with another guy in Europe now, and has had a child by him. (She was a Bitch)
- I returned to university, but had to leave. (Due to the shit my ex pulled putting me in a position to owe over 600 to the school)
- I tried to get temp help from the state (They turned everything off, because I was a guy, so I should be able to work -- who cares that I have four children from 3 to 7 to care for!)
- I had my grandfather hospitalized fro Congestive heart failure three times. (Luckily? He's still with us)
- I had to run to Georgia when my other grandfather decided to stop his dialysis treatments; He made it four days, just enough for the family to get there to say their good-byes. (Death)
- A close friend proved to be a complete fallacy; Apparently, she's been lying to me for a couple years -- including mentioning the idea of marriage! (Good GOD!)
- I managed to put my knee-cap on the back of my right leg. (Again!)
- A storyline that I'd been writing on for about two years was rejected in mid-2007. (Bastard Publishers!)
- I was told that my poetry became too dark, that I was loosing grip with reality by family and some friends. (Losing touch? o.0)
- I attempted to further a friendship, only to be told that she turned lesbian... something about her ex and how he treated her. (He best hope I never meet him, for at least THREE reasons!)
- There's been some other shit, but life goes on, I guess. (Until it doesn't...)
So yeah, that's the "highlights" of 2007-2008... I can only hope that this year is better.
