mum expired. [FRIENDS]

Here it is, my first Mumm. I paid a guy yesterday for a pimpout and he told me that it would be a 20 minute wait. I really dont want to put his name in here so I wont as of right now.
What should I do?

Should I call him out on it?

Should I just cut my losses and lost my fubucks because he obviously needed to lie to get some?
