| we (myself, my new hubby and our 2 kids) have been staying w/my parents for almost a yr now...we are both disabled and unable to work...we are not allowed to disipline one kid but the other one is always in trouble...i am constantly being over ruled and outvoted when it comes to my kids...along w/several other nondiscussable issues...im really at my witts end...we are expecting 2 settlements here shortly...one is small (but big enough to rent)and the other is big enough to buy but not yet certain of if/when i will get it...so my question is would you take small settlement and rent now or would you stick it out until around xmas time for the chance to buy? |
