| My boyfriend and I are leaving for Vegas in a week. To make a long story shortER I bought my own airline ticket and I am bringing my own money to pay for food and anything else that I / we might want to do. We are staying at his brothers house and using his brothers car while we are there so I was not figuring in fundage for renting either. He just sent me a text message saying he rented a hotel room for 2 nights as well as a rental car for 2 days cause he thought it would be nice to have time for just us and if worse came to worse and he was running low on money while we were there could I pay for half of it. The problem I have with this is he never talked to me about renting a car or a hotel room so it came out of left field. I didnt figure in paying for either so it is going to take away from the money that I am going to have while we are there. If it was something we had talked about and agreed on BEFORE he booked the room and car, I would have no problem splitting the cost with him but he took it upon himself to do it without me being in the loop. So should I pay for half of it or tell him sorry but thats on you? |
