So here's the scoop. I was sitting in my class today, and I had just finished smoking my robotics final. I went to check my email and it said I need to call my contact at this place that automates buildings right away. I knew the news was going to be good, because if it isn't they will just ignore you.
So I got home, gave my buddy Joe a call.. and he offered me a job programming logic controllers that will control everything in entire buildings from security, to environmental controls (heat, cooling, lights, etc..). I asked him how much.. and he made me an offer, and told me I would get a 4$/hr raise after 90 days. (As well as an all expenses paid week long trip to Chicago for some training.)
So.. there's the word. Now I won't have to type it out 15 times :)
