Respect. It seems to be a dry well these days. A lot of people say you have to earn it, but my thing in life is that you already have it, until proven otherwise. Now, I'm not saying you have to like anyone. I'm not saying you have to like me. You, me, him, her, whatever. However, if that's the case just have enough respect to leave people alone. I mean, come on. We're all people here, we're not going to like everyone. I don't like everyone I meet either, BUT I don't antoganize anyone. That petty drama bullshit is so lame and tiresome. Life is a gift, so don't sqaunder it by being salty axe wound. Let's just agree to go our seperate ways. Think of it this way, someone doesn't like you and they keep pestering you (and in life people will dislike for no good reason), you surely wouldn't appreciate that, so don't treat others that way. Stepping into other people's shoes will really straighten you out. At least, it does for me. So, yes, it's possible to respect someone, but dislike them. It's possible to like someone, but not respect them. I strive to see the good in people. That's just me though and I know everyone doesn't see things the way I do. All I can do control is myself and I choose to take the high road. I wish everyone well, even my haters. Why? Because I'm not one. :)
