My yogi, Lacey, gave us a mantra in class yesterday; ‘I accept myself, unconditionally, right now’. That means you may not be perfect, but you are all you have, so love yourself without limitations. See, without self-love, you really do not have love to offer anyone else. You can be in a relationship, but it would have borders. Some people stay together because they worry about what others may think. This is ego. Ego is misery. Misery is completely devoid of love. So today, and everyday, take a moment to love you, then, share it with those around you. If you have a special someone, make sure they feel loved without fences. Make love unconditional, as this is the only way it can truly be nurtured, and grow.
