ok so my town is holding their own version of biggest looser i have given up red meat alcohol anything bread or fried i pretty much eat apples celary and chicken breast.but i have lost a ton of weight but i have had to give up everything i like. my question is would you rather be happy and overweight or healthy and just ok with how things are?
