Ok, i just found out a few nights ago i have sleep apnea, and right now i am tired, but i know if i lay down right now i will not be able to sleep, never can, so what should i do, A. just lay down and try anyways. B.lay down and try to read. C. drink some strong alcohol to knock me out. D. just stay up till I pass out, or any other suggestions appreciated.
