Shelter me from the storm

Of my emotions which seem to swarm

Around me, never ending

Twisting, turning and bending

Burning and yearning on the inside

Nowhere to run, nowhere to hide

From these feelings I get

All though I do regret

That I can’t explain how I feel

But I know you love will help to heal

All the hurt that has amassed

From my horrid past
