I have 3 tiny puppies and promised one to a friend of a friend.
I had never met this lady until yesterday, but agreed to let her buy the pup, because she is a friend's friend.
HOWEVER...... I met this woman yesterday, no longer calling her a lady, and OMG I don't want to give her a puppy! I want to give her the $100 deposit back and tell her to find a dog somewhere else.
She had her 11 year old poodle along with her, he was completely matted and unkept, I mean matted from head to tow, could barely look out of his eyes. Not even a collar with Rabie tag as required by law, and he reeked like he hadn't had a bath in years. I DON'T WANT HER TO HAVE THAT PUPPY!
Do I follow my gut and send her deposit back, or keep my promise and against everything in me give her the puppy? |
