I hired a new team, today was their 1st load, we haul critical freight, that was very clear to them.
The 1st day, they oversleep and run 2 hours late?
That's what they call a service failure, and it costs dearly, it affects the entire fleet...
Should I just go ahead and let them go now, or wait and give them another chance?
