That women shoot down nice guys when it comes to dating. I understand that they want the nice guy t o brig home to mommy and the bad boy in the bedroom, however when you are always labeled as the friend don't they realize they could be tossing away the best thing they could ever hope for? In case you havent guessed... I AM TIRED OF BEING THE FRIEND!!!

I grew up enjoying Rosanne's stand up AND her TV show. I also find her charity work also noble.. HOWEVER... Her recent comments on our President and Vice President, and those who support them are extremely disturbing. She believes that Bush & Cheney are traitors and should be impeached. And Their supporters should be considered traitors as well. Now look... I understand that there are people in this country who are for peace. I am one of them. However, I also know that you can not achieve peace by ignoring world events. And in times like these, when our leaders are actually working to protect us and have been preventing attacks on our soil, I find it dissapointing that some who have a gaggle of fans like Rosanne Barr, would rather incite anger and divide instead of support for protecting our way of life. If ANYONE should be considered a traitor, it should be her. You can read her entire quote here.

Ok...I have had it with life!!! Why is it that as soon as things start to even out and go well in my life thaht the rug once again is pulled out from beneath me. Finally I get my finances straightened out...Not rich by any means, but I wasn't in the red in my checking acct. LOL Until yesterday... Car needed unexpected repairs...and checks missed and all sorts of shit and...UGH... I may need to start prostituting myself...but dont think I would get much.

Ho hum... I am working. Here a t the station until 6am. Then I have a 2.5 hour wait until I can get the train home... LONG DAY!!! (night)

Well... It's official. I am now 38 years old. Whoopie... As I write this entry it is just after 2pm. So far my day has been good. I went to see my daughter cheer at the pop warner football game. Which in and of itself is adorable because the cheerleaders are 6 & 7 yrs old and the players look like 5 yr olds with big bulky helmets and pads... very funny in a cute way. During this game however I was playing chase my son all over the park. This is when I discovered what being 38 ACTUALLY means... It means DONT RUN. LOL After the game I had lunch with my kids at the ex's house and had some ice cream cake. I was then dropped off at my apartment to figure out what else I could do... Nothing has come to mind yet!

How appropriate that the last day of the week, Sunday, also marks the first day of a new year for me. I begin the 38th year of my life on Sunday...whoopie. And as per usual, it will be spent alone, with no friends to share it with. Pathetic I know. But since I moved to MA, I never really made many friends. So it looks like it will be me with the family guy seasons 1 + 2 on the dvd player. Someone drink something for me, Ok?

Although I am not sure I will be successful at this. But the last 2 days have been downers for me. As you may or may not know, I suffer with Bi-polar disorder. And usually, I go thru a bad period every 3 weeks. This just happens to be that week. I know my posts have been less than happy and I have been letting certain things make me feel crumby and just plain down on myself. This I can not help. For some reason, I feel like I deserve the misery I get or lack of adult social activites i.e. bars, darts, poker nights...blah blah blah, Anyway... If I start bitching or leaning negative towards myself...Just make me aware... THanks
