Okay this is my first mumm so be gentle.I have been married to a Navy sailor for five years as of tommorrow .And My lil sis just got out of training for the navy she bought herself a new car that is certified in all states ,meaning that until registration time it doesn't need to pass California emissions ,what we call Smog .We'll according to her sister base which is located in San Diego regardless of the fact that it is a brand new car registered in Tennessee She is now to be required to pay the money to smog it for the state of cali just so she can get a regular vehicle pass.
My base is 6 hours north of her and most cars that are out of state are not required to pass the smog.
So is it wrong for she and I to be upset that her base is requiring this of a brand spanking new vehicle? |
