Be mad/upset/angry at me, or not. I don't care. This is my opinion and I'm 100% entitled to it.
The bible is A BOOK. Nothing more, nothing less. It's JUST a book written JUST by ordinary PEOPLE!! Fact or Fiction? I believe mostly fiction with factual entries.
I know most people have a real need to believe in something, and that's fine. If it makes you feel better to think that, then so be it. I will not put someone down for their beliefs, but at the same time, I will not allow someone to push their beliefs upon me.
If you are a FANATIC, I will chew you up and spit you out for breakfast. Get over it, and move on. I have no time in my life for people who are fanatics over religion.
I mean, think about it. How many religions are there in this world. No matter what religion you believe in, you WILL be going to hell (if it exists, which I doubt) based on someone else's religion, somewhere.
Now, I was raised Catholic. I was baptized, and I attended CCD, and received my holy communion, and I was in church every Sunday. BUT... I do not believe in Catholicism. The church is only a way for money hungry morons to get hold of YOUR money, even if you can not spare it to line their pockets and BARELY use it help the needy.
So, with all that being said, I will only add that I'm not an Atheist, or a Satanist, or any other "ist's". I'm just me, and I attempt to live my life the best way I can.
I may make mistakes, but I try to learn from them. I teach my children to be good and kind people. My children don't care what color you are, or if you're underweight or overweight, or if you're slow or have learning disabilities. They have been taught to be kind to EVERYONE.
If they grow up and wish to belong to one religion or another, that is their perogative, but I believe it's better to teach them the basic morals and common sense of life without the interference of religious idiocy.
