I was at work yesterday when I began to get a dull pain in my gut. Started out small, but by closing time, it had increased in intensity. I decided to stop off at the Urgent Care Clinic on my way home.
Well, it turns out I had a Gall Bladder attack. I also have a Urinary Tract Infection AND an outer Ear infection!!
Since I drove myself to the doctor, they couldn't give me anything narcotic for the pain, so they gave me an OTC shot of something. Immediately following that shot, my pain level increased from a 6 to an 9!! The only thing left for them to do was give me the narcotic, and send me to the ER in an ambulance. By time the EMT's got there, the drug had kicked in and I was flying high!!
The 2 EMT's were very nice and I think they rather enjoyed delivering a happy, high patient to the hospital, for a change!
Anywayzzz, To make a long story short, (lol too late), I'm fine but feelin a little poorly. I will live though! lol
I have 3 prescriptions sitting in front of me.
An antibiotic, vicoden(woohoo!), and ear drops.
I'm one of those types that will go forever in pain before I go to a doctor. I have this "thing" about paying ridiculous medical costs.
No, I don't have insurance.
And apparently I talked to a few people on here last night!
I REALLY hope I didn't say anything stupid!!
If I talked to you last night, please understand I was HEAVILY drugged!!! Nothing I said can be used against me!! LOL
Anyway, that's all, I'm home, I'm fine.
