My name is Alex, but better known as Dirk. (It's a Basketball Thing) I am 6'3 and a Senior at Harrison High School. I went to Fountain-Ft. Carson HS for my Freshman and Sophomore years. I play Varsity Basketball and Baseball. I dare you to find another White Boy in this city that can jump higher than me. We lost in the 4A State Championship in Basketball last year.
Interests
My Interests? First off I love Sports. I used to play Football, but got bored with and and am focusing on Baseball and Basketball. Baseball is my favorite sport, and practically an expert when it comes to the Majors. I also play Basketball, which is the sport I'm best at. I usually play Center, but I feel more comfortable out shooting the 3, which many know is my specialty. I love to read, be online, especially talking to friends and helping manage Sportztawk, listen to music, watch movies, play PS2, hike, and other stuff.
Music
I will listen to any kind of music. But I absolutely HATE techno. For the last few years though, I have been listening to almost nothing but "Weird" Al Yankovic and Metallica. Classic Rock is my favorite. I like ZZ Top, Lynrd Skynrd, Led Zeppelin, Queen, Blue Oyster Cult, and alot more.

I almost watch nothing but Comedy. Idols
My Heros are mainly two people. These are Barry Bonds and Michael Jordan. Michael Jordan is one because he shows just how good you can be if you give it your all. He was cut from his High School basketball team because they said he wasn't good enough and was too short. 3 months later he's 6 inches taller and the best Basketball player to ever live. Barry Bonds is one because he shows that it is possible to clear your mind of all your problems and still perform. His head is twisted with allegations of Steroids, Racist comments, and much more, yet he comes out to the ballpark and still gives the greatest show we'll see for a long time to come.
