Well let us see if I can piss a few people off tonight. I have been sitting here pondering on things(yes I'm using my brain for once), and I have a question for the whole country. When somebody commits a crime should the punishment be based on the severity and type of crime or should it be a set of semi-useless rules that half of the time don't apply in the first place?
The way it is now the quasi-law system is made up of semi-useful most of the time useless laws and rules.Let's take capital crimes to start with:
Murder: A persons life has been removed never to return to their friends, family or others who share in that life. what should the punishment be? In most states natural life is all that they can get as a max sentence. Screw that shit if a person takes anothers life without justifiable cause or need, should be bereft of his/her own life(and save the tax payers alot of money ).
Rape: A persons natural trust in society has been destroyed they have had their bodies, minds and souls violated and tainted.Again most states will not consider the death penalty. In this I agree.The rapist should be castrated if a male.Then that person should be forced to watch the victims family tell the absolute Hell the victim went through. Over and over and over!Then they should find the biggest mother fucking guy in the penitentery and let them ass rape them as many times as that person commited rape.(I.E.....convicted of 5 counts rape, raped 5 times by Bubba)Oh yeah Bubba or Thunderdick(courtesy of Ron White) has his dick wrapped in a condom that has been dipped in cinnamon oil.We need a condom so he don't contract anything from the scum.
Child Molestation: The act of forcing a child to do,see, perform or be involved in a sexual act.Think about this a moment.... this person has just raped a child not only physically,but mentally. This is a child for God's sake!They don't even understand what has happened to them because of their age in a lot of cases. These people should be hung in public!Fuck the stupid shit! Fuck my taxes paying for them to have 3 square meals a day and a warm, dry bed!Hang them and make sure they don't get their neck broken,but suffer death by slow suffocation!
I know that some of you bleeding hearts say that they should be rehabilitated. Give them a second chance.Fuck that and Fuck you!For a person to be rehabilitated for society they had to be habilitated in the first place.These sick fucks are not able for rehabilitation.Do you realize what the percentage of revolving door criminals that fall into these three catagories?Over 38% of revolving door criminals have been convicted of these crimes and were released to commit them again!Supposedly rehabilitated.(Yeah right!)
I know that I sound like a killer myself, but guess what I'm not.I'm just a person who has paid attention to the crime rate continually riseing scince the first of these so called passive sentencing laws and rules came into effect.The passive laws do not prevent crime and in some cases actually promote thits abuse.That is fucked up!
