| today we had a inspection and things went well. towards the end of the day we got a little backed up and my employee was trying to help, well her position was order taker and she was supposed to stay there but she was trying to help. well my general manager says to her just go over there like always you are screwing things up. i wanted to say something cause i felt she was way out of line but if i would have said something my manager would have went off on me for no reason so i kept my mouth up. granted this employee is slow and has a way of messing things up but there was a nicer way of saying it. so should i have said something, or should i say something tomorrow. |
