So, for a while I have been struggling with this decision. Every few years I cut my hair and donate it to Locks of Love but recently my hair hasn't been growing as fast. It has been breaking,shedding and fraying. So, Do I wait it out and treat it with shampoos and crap and try to grow it out or shave it off and start over?
