This was when I was 15/16. I think.
One of the lessons I took at the time was sociology. Boy oh boy was that lesson a piece of piss, for me anyhow.
Anyway, to the point. The lesson so was so easy and boring I had various escape routes.
1. Finish work in half an hour, then sleep for half an hour.
2. Finish work in half an hour and scribble all over my book for half an hour
3. Tell the teacher I had a headache, get excused and go home with a coupla mates who hated their lesson too. This was the most common.
To this day I've never been sure why the teacher let me get away with it.
And I passed the lesson, not bad considering I was hardly there.
