I'm an old school rocker from way back. I like most kinds of music these days with a few exceptions but mostly listen to classic rock and heavy metal. Although these days a lot of blues has made it into my collection.
My hobbies don't run my life style (and I have lots of hobbies) and my life style does not run my life.
I have a beautiful teen age daughter who keeps me on my toes.
I like meeting people who have something to say. I like to go out for coffee and sit and talk to people, old friends as well as new. People watching is also fun.
Long drives along the coast or on back country roads with the top down is fun on weekends. Wine tasting goes in there somewhere as well.

Interests
I like to talk to all kinds of people. I like to take the car and go on long drives to forget everything and just relax. I'm getting into bike riding these days but I need to get my legs a lot stronger to go on very long rides. Planning on getting a motorcycle next Spring because gas is so freaking expensive. I haven't ridden in years so it will be fun to do it again.
I've also gotten a new digital video camera recently so I can record life as it passes by. Working on a new digital camera next. So holler if you don't want your picture taken.
Movies
Sci-Fi and Fantasy movies of all kinds. Horror is sometimes good to. My favorite movies are probably pretty cheesy. I can watch Conan the Barbarian over and over. I've really enjoyed the Lord of the Rings trilogy. I'm planning on eventually having the 1st (and probably last) Annual Rutger Hauer Film Festival at some point. No really. Blood of Heroes, Hitcher, Flesh and Blood, all classics.
