Okay, so here's the deal with me. I was here when this place was still Cherry Tap and I was pretty active until 2 days before Christmas of 2009. But then I had a car accident and broke my back and was told I would never walk again so I deleted my profile because I fell into SEVERE depression. I had no interest in being here or on MySpace or Facebook and had pretty much abandoned the internet all together because I figured who would ever want a mangled girl in a wheelchair??? Right???

But then this past summer I went though 3 surgeries that were all deemed to be successful and I learned to walk again. I'm still pretty clumsy and have LOTS of bouts of needing to be helped along when I tweak a nerve and suddenly my lower legs just decide not to work for a few hours. But I've come SO FAR in 14 months. From being told my life would be forever lived in a wheelchair to walking again on my own is the fight of a lifetime but I've done it thus far and I have no plans of giving up anytime soon. One day, whenever that may be, I have every intention of running the Boston Marathon ... NOT IN A FUCKIN' WHEELCHAIR!!!

So that's my life in a nutshell. Other than that, I'm 26, chestnut hair dyed blonde/brown eyes, multiple tattoos and piercings (no, I probably won't tell you if I have any "special" piercings, no matter how nicely you ask), I dig talkin' as if I just fell out of the early '70s (my all-time favorite phrase is RIGHT ON), I'm into early era heavy metal (Judas Priest, Alice Cooper, Black Sabbath, KISS before they got all glammy and disco, Led Zeppelin, Rush ... the John Rutsey era Rush before they went all concept album-ish on me, Motorhead ***WHY WON'T FUBAR ALLOW UMLAUTS TO BE ADDED TO THE MOTORHEAD NAME???***, Iron Maiden and others), along with heavy doses of punk (the RAMONES and The Clash, among MANY others), and I do so enjoy a good evening spent in bed with Poe, Dickens, Hemingway or Shakespeare.

Tolerate your shit ... if you treat me with anything other than respect, you will be ignored and blocked without a word spoken from my end. I don't ask for a lot from anyone here, but I do ask for respect. And I know respect is not free. I will earn it from you. But you must also earn it from me. And the exact wrong way to do that is to treat me like a whore or your personal eye candy. Yes, I'm a very sexual being. Yes, I have very high self respect and I KNOW I'm beautiful and vibrant and sexy and hot.
