Well I'm a professional Chef, and i love my food, though have to say don't really get foie Gras, truffles or caviar, think they are all a bit alright, though would generally say that if you want good food you have to pay a little bit more, my speciality is crab and lemon almond risotto with seared scallops and crabs claws.
