We're Steel Voltz! we're a "hair" band from South Louisiana we may not have the hair, but we sure as hell have the spirit! "HISTORY OF STEEL VOLTZ" Steel Voltz HAS quite some history behind it! The senior members ( Chris D. Deville / Josh Durel and on and off member Cody Chuavin ) have had the project running for about five years now. Originaly forming as "Knights of Kasixx" as more of a main stay metal band, Chris D. Deville ( Drummer ) and ex-Steel Voltz member and guitarist Andre Robert Broussard ( Lead Guitarist ) recruited Josh Durel on rythm guitar and Jason Theriot on vocals. This formation on lasted briefly and only gathered a small following with freinds. After a few months of practice and no progression Knights of Kasixx disbanded and Jason Theriot was no longer apart of the band and shortly after Josh Durel had also left do to personal reasons.
