When I was 16, I was driving along with some friends, and one of them decided to be funny and grab the wheel. I lost control, hit a ditch, and was thrown out of the car. I was flown from my town, to the UNC Burn Center, I had 3rd and 4th degree contact burns. If you get queasy, skip ahead. I had my nose burned off, my forehead burned down to the bone, my lips burned off, etc. Only on the right side-middle part of my face was affected. Plastic/reconstructive surgery is amazing!
