Time to update the old "all about me" thang! Well some things have changed as is true of everyone, yet by the same token many things have stayed the same. I"m still a happily devoted wife, I'm still stuck in the cornfields of Nebraska. I'm sure I'll survive though. There MIGHT be some hope on my horizon. There is a chance, I'd say it's about 50/50 that my beloved and I will be going to the 2009 Olympics in Beijing China for the entire time. My husband would be going for work, while I would be going because, well, the wife gets to go along! I'm pretty mind-boggled about the whole thing actually. I've been to Europe but never to Asia. I've also never been to a Communist country. I appreciate that people accept and respect my beliefs, I just hope that I can remember to do the same while I am there. In other words, I hope I don't go shooting my mouth off at an inappropriate moment! That would NOT be too cool. On another tangent, I'm a complete Harry Potter nut. I haven't yet seen Order of the Phoenix yet but hope to the weekend of the 21st of July. (I thought I'd add the date since I don't know when you'll be reading this) I'll try and update here after I see it! I'm apprehensive of the final book. I'm sure it will be wonderful but oh so bittersweet. I dont dare speculate on who the "big two" are that get offed in the final book. I'm sure it will be for the good of the plot but I know I'll need tissues handy. For all of you that took the time to read this, please, leave a comment with your Harry Potter thoughts, but NO BASHING PLEASE! If you want to bash Harry Potter, please, go elsewhere.
