This is me trying to clarify for you, the nsfw guidelines. You may also refer to the faq sections for this. If you have a question about this, please feel free to leave it here in the comments section and I will do my best to reply to it. *************************************************** What is considered NSFW (Not Safe For Work)? A photo is deemed NSFW if it is: * Explicitly sexual in nature (suggestive) * Overtly tasteless * Slandering to any person or ethnicity In addition to the above criteria, if a photo is a primary photo, it will be flagged as NSFW if it also contains a suggestive body part without the member’s face in the photo. Accounts will be terminated for abusing the NSFW policy. This includes Bulletins, Comments, MUMMs, FUBAR Stash entries and Blogs. We realize that we may not catch everything right away, and this is where the community can help us all out by flagging inappropriate content when they see it. Let’s keep FUBAR a fun and clean place to hangout!

**************************************************** Another repost. "Quit Crying about NSFW" Fubarians: I get daily emails from people crying about our NSFW policy. Most of the time, I go to the page and their is NO salute and a bunch of photos that any one with half a brain would flag NSFW. We respect everyone's freedom of expression here, and we do NOT like to delete people. However, we do have boundaries and will take action when necessary. Please read the following information about NSFW material on FUBAR. 1. FUBAR is not an amateur porn site. Please flag ALL NSFW content. Read our welcome message and our Terms of Service. It clearly states that we will delete you if you upload NSFW content to public areas (Photos, Mumms, Blogs, Stash, Comments, Bulletins, etc.) 2. If we find an excessive amount of NSFW photos of yours showing up in our mod queue that you purposely did not flag, your account will be DELETED. Read our Terms of Service. If you have been here longer than a month, you should know the drill. We do not want to babysit people. 3. If you throw up an Adult photo as your avatar, you will be deleted. There is NO reason for this. If you see someone doing this, please alert me or a bouncer. 4. If you see a random NSFW photo come up in the Top Photos of the Hour, please don't post it in a bulletin and cry conspiracy. Flag it NSFW! We are a community regulated site. Do your part and help us keep this place cleaned up. 5. If you are maliciously flagging photos to be a prick, you will be DELETED. I don't want to scare people from flagging, but some of you go out of your way to to try and hate on members you don't like. 6. If you post NSFW videos, photos or any NSFW content on your public profile you will be DELETED. You know this is not acceptable. Please do not do it. 7. If you are one of those comment spammers who thinks it's cool to post NSFW videos and banners with explicit sexual acts, you will be deleted, or your comment feature disabled. 8. If you post racist material that is meant to harass or intimidate another member, you will be deleted. As I said before, we do NOT like to delete people. However, we do have our policy. You are free to disagree with us, but our policy is not going to change. We do not delete people who disagree with us or speak publicly about it. Please read our Terms of Service. Our goal is to keep our public areas clean. If you have any questions about this, please contact me or a bouncer. I will review any material that you feel was wrongly flagged NSFW. We want you to have fun here but not at the expense of others. Please respect our community and help keep this place cool.

***************************************************** One more repost..."NSFW Feedback" I have received over a hundred emails about our new Not Safe For Work policy. Many of you have been strongly opposed while the majority of you have complimented FUBAR for stepping up to the plate. I wanted to make a few things clear. 1. Not Safe For Work is exactly what it sounds like. If your photo is flagged NSFW, please respect our policy. 2. We are not censoring anyone nor will we be deleting photos. We are simply asking members to flag NSFW content and keep it out of the public areas. I am not sure why some of your are so head strong about FORCING all of us to look at your junk. 3. Many of you are complaining about photos being flagged in your gallery. Please do not take this personal. The goal is to ensure the public areas are clean. Just because your photo is flagged Not Safe For Work doesn't mean FUBAR is calling it adult. Again, Not Safe For Work is exactly what it sounds like. In lame ass terms...it means your photo would not be cool if someone's boss or coworker saw it on the computer and mistook it for a soft core porn site. 4. The best way to avoid any disputes over photos, is to be aggressive when flagging your personal photos. Most importantly, do not try and fly a borderline "main photo." Usually when we see this, it alerts us to go into your gallery and flag your other borderline photos to ensure it doesn't happen again. We are not babysitters here. 5. If I ignore your email about one of your photos that was wrongly flagged, it's because I will not debate or argue the NSFW policy. Anyone who maliciously tries to abuse the NSFW system will be deleted. This goes for bulletins, FUBAR stash, mumms, blogs, main photos, etc. The FUBAR community is an awesome group of people. We have grown to almost 500k. Please help keep the FUBAR vibe chill!

************************************************** ***PLEASE NOTE*** All pictures of illegal drugs of any sort including marijuana are also NSFW under the guidelines and will be flagged as such. All pics taken from the neck down w/o a face will be flagged. A new addition to this, is NSFW user names and swear words in your default pic. You will be asked to rename yourself, in the case of user names. For swear words in your default, we will ask you to remove the default and if you don't, we will be forced to mark it NSFW. This same policy applies to pics of weapons. Any pics of guns etc. that point in your face or denote violence, will be asked to be replaced with something more appropriate. Failure to do so, will result in an NSFW flag. Overtly tasteless refers to pics that involve extreme violence and excessive amounts of blood. These are also NSFW under our guidelines and must be marked as such. :=) *** You could also try going to Scrappers page and reading through his blogs on various subjects.
