Need to be a member for at least 10 days to allow other staff members to get to know you.
If applying for DJ we ask that you DJ a minimum of 2 times a week.
We expect greeter to greet EVERYONE who comes in the room and ask them to join if they are a visitor,
greeters are not to do the enforcers job your job is to greet.
Enforcers are there to keep the peace you are to defuse a problem before it starts
you are to insure the rules are followed so always have your eye on the lounge and whats bein said.

WE KNOW LIFE AND KIDS COME FIRST LET THE DJ MANAGER KNOW IF YOU CANT MAKE A SHIFT,
BUT WE ASK NOT TO MAKE IT ALL THE TIMEWE ALSO ASK TO BE TOLD AHEAD OF TIME.

EXPERINCE:
We do not require that you have experience but it is a plus,
we just ask before hand if you may need training to let us know
so we may give you the training needed. (previous position and what lounge)
LOUNGE RULES WITH NO EXEPTIONS
1. Whoever hires new staff please get FU name--Yahoo address--Real name and send to all owners and management.
2. Any staff that has a prob. With another staff member needs to attend a voice conference with a owner to fix the prob.
If prob. Can’t be fixed then one of the staff members needs to leave staff…In order to keep lounge drama free all staff must get along.
3. If you have a spouse, boyfriend, or girlfriend in lounge please be more understanding to lounge flirting.
Remember it’s all in fun. If the flirting goes to sb then let them know it’s not wanted that you r just having fun in lounge.
if they persist then inform a enforcer to handle it.
If they continue then they get banned.
4. Anytime a person is ejected or banned please delete what they said to get kicked out first.
This way we can view the reason they got booted. Deleting the conversation saves it for viewing.
If not there is a good chance they will get unbanned.
5. Everyone needs a reason to get ejected or banned.
We don’t want to boot people just cause we don’t like them.
This will give us a bad rep.
6. All DJ’s when on air needs to pay attention to the room.
It’s hard to pay attention to room if you are looking at other web pages or talking on yim.
We want people to get there requests in a timely manner and enjoy their lounge experience so they will come back.
Also load player with a balance of music….for instance 2 country songs and then 2 rock or R&B then 2 country again etc.
this would be a ideal way to load player…Don’t forget about double shot wensdays where we play 2 of every artist in a row.
7. All Greeters while in room please welcome people as soon as they come in and ask them how they are doing.
Try to get them involved in the conversation. Use a few emotes on them. We don’t want anyone feeling like they are being ignored.
8. All Enforcers please make sure everyone in room is having a good time and not getting harresed.
If someone is getting a little out of hand then give them a warning in the room and be nice.
If they continue then tell them to check there sb and warn them again in sb and let them know
if they do it again they will be booted and if they do it again boot them.
9. Cam peeps when in room need to get on cam. Please smile a lot. Nothing wrong with having a good time on cam it is encouraged.
Please make sure no nudity, drugs, or children FU would not be happy.
THESE RULES ARE HERE FOR A REASON WE WANT TO GIVE PEOPLE THE BEST POSSIBLE EXPERIENCE
