Red like the soft rose sheets on the bed,

Red like the famed wicked apple.

Red like the tickle I get when around you,

Red pulsating into purple.

The color only women know,

A trail of blood on fallen snow,

And everything about her shows

That flow of crimson passion.

Red like the virgin's shudder,

Red like the dress of a whore.

Red like the primordial center,

Red's all I see anymore.

The fires of infinity,

The desires that we hush.

Red, the color of intimacy,

Red, my constant blush.
