Helly's blog: "READ THIS if nothing else..."

For all my faults, flaws, insecurities, emotional issues, etc. I like EVERYONE else, I have my redeeming qualities. I like most other people cause most of my own problems, I'm just not usually the first one to point them out or even realize I have, when I am in the middle of it. Like one really brilliant professor said "Falling in love is a lot like, stepping in sh!t before you realize you are in it, you're in it." I think this can go for just about anything really, friendships, getting in trouble, talking poorly about someone, treating others less than  valuable, whether it's deservered or not.  I didn't just step in sh*t recently, i fell head first in it, took a bath in it, got it rubbed in my face, rubbed it in others' faces, to say it was a anything less than a sh!t show would be an understatement. I wanted to take my own life, but when you are at the bottom of such a mess you either drown in it, or you get back up and ride that poop pony right on out into the sunset. (hopefully, you also get an immunization, some antibiotics, therapy, and most definitely the most amazing powerwash of your life.)  I am imperfect, just like YOU, it's not an excuse, it's a FACT. I can judge with the best and worst of them, I am my own worst judge, I really don't need any help. But I get plenty of it, and I'm sure I've judged you too, at one point or another wrongfully or perhaps fairly accurately. We are human we do this. it's dumb, petty and we treat each other terribly. if you think you don't, gather your thoughts and think about what level of @sshole you've been lately. If you are proud of that, well then, reassess what value it has to you, your friends, family, strangers, etc. Critical thinking/ criticism is valuable, because it makes us hopefully re-think how to better ourselves and society. Criticism or judgement without a positive purpose is a waste of time yours and others. Lift your brother/sister up, don't tear them down (like I have). If you think about it, I don't think you want to be the one who puts  "the last nail in someone's coffin." Be kinder to yourself and to others. We aren't just avatars here, we are real, we break, we crumble, we hurt ourselves and others. Forgive me, as I forgive you for your frailties. I love you. Thank you. The End.
