Ok here's the problem. Earlier tonight, we were at Wal-Mart, and my 5 year old said he had to go to the bathroom. The bathroom was 10 feet away so I let him and my 10 year old son go. When they came out, my 5 year old got his finger caught in the door. Smashed it pretty good. There was a Wal-Mart associate standing right there beside him when it happened, and instead of helping my son he just stood there and watched him scream.
So my question is, should I go after Wal-Mart for it, make them pay the ER bill from having to take my son because we thought his finger was broken, because the associate just stood there. Or just let it go, accidents happen. |
