Heavenly Father created the rose for us. It represents beauty. Its petals represents the gentle feelings we have for each other. Its leaves represents the outstretched arms, loving and giving. Its roots grow long and deep, gaining strength in every length and depth. I give this rose to you, for you are special to me. Each time you look at a rose, remember you are special to me. Whenever you catch its fragrance floating in a gentle breeze, remember you are special to me. If you should hold the rose in your hands and feel the strength in the stem, remember you are feeling the strength of my heart. If you should dig in the sweet earth our Father in Heaven gave us, remember you are seeing the depth of my heart. As you embark on your journey that will take you far from me, remember you are taking half of my heart with you. Hold a rose gentle to your heart, remember you are holding me. Every night as you gaze up in joyous prayer, remember as you think of me. One star under the same velvet sky is ours, remember it's the same for me. Until the time you return my heart, remember I am waiting for thee. Keep the rose and my heart, remember bring them back to me.

I believe that none could love you quite as deeply as I do And yet I often fail to show the depth of it to you. I vow to do the little things, to show you every day But one thing or another seems to get into the way. I pledge to be more open, to have courage and be strong But some how fear takes over and then everything goes wrong. I am blessed with the love of a angel, who's smile is brighter than the sun, with eyes that sparkle more than any star, whose kiss is sweeter than the finest of wines and love more powerful than any drug, no dream could ever compare to my angel's presents, nor replace the tenderness of her precious kiss, for me my angel is a dream come true, and my love for her will last until the end of time, I will always worship the times we have and hold dear to my heart the linger of her last touch; until we meet again, each night I will look at the moon and say I love you to my angel, and be thankful for my dream come true!

Maddening, swirling, tumultuous thoughts give my heart no peace Muscles tensing, heart's wrenching, longing for release Walled off from emotions, numbed to dreams of bliss Frantically grasping for a hold, sliding further into the abyss All color drains from my world, subtle shades of gray permeate Broken shards cast illusions, hope falsely propagates A former warrior, battle tested, I frantically disguise my fears Resolve dissolves, nervousness abounds as my refuge disappears As autumn's cycle nears an end, the ice begins to advance Stealthily attacking, patiently awaiting for a perfect chance A frozen heart, desolate and bare, obscures all that would try to see The warmth reflected, gives off no heat, illusions mask reality On hands and knees, mumbling pleas, I search for sanctuary To glimpse beyond this desolation, to a world of possibility Eyes closed, perceptions peeked, it hovers beyond my reach A whispered supplication, alone, these barriers I cannot breach A gentle touch, delicate and warm, I feel her reach for me Chasing back the shadows, an angel, cradles my sanity Relaxing, drifting, smiling, I find comfort in her embrace My savior and redeemer, a sassy smile upon her face I close my eyes and search within, I'll trust my instincts this time I feel a heart of gold as her passion's unfold, a beauty so sublime Peace radiates from her body, a warmth soaks into my soul A smile reflects a love so deep, my heart I cannot control Illusions shimmer and are gone, my world is bright and true Spring marches forth with determination as my life begins anew To pass beyond is what I sought, but dreams do not compare To the reality of this wonderland graced by an angel so fair Dreams shared, rendezvous dared, we joined together as one The bonds of my enslavement have been lifted, my battle finally won No regrets can be found, my reflections bring no remorse Love that binds, as the tendrils climbed lead me down this course Peace and comfort fill my soul where once only chaos dared Now love emanates, peace radiates, because an angel cared
