He made me laugh, he made me smile I would be happy for a short while He promised me the world and much more Was he really serious? I wasn't too sure Then off he went back into the night Would I see him again? well maybe I might He said that he would soon be in touch Didn't realise I could miss him so much Then the message came that changed my life He couldn't see me no more he's got a wife If I had known about this much before He would never have entered my front door The truth in the end will always come out He's the loser this time, without a doubt He lied and cheated his way in This is one heart he didn't win. Yes this happened to me too...............

Life sometimes has a way Of bringing times along When anxieties and worries Make everything go wrong. Yet, please know that these times Only very rarely last And that blue skies will appear When every cloud has passed. Look forward to tomorrow For, just like blossoms in the spring You'll rediscover the happiness That every day will bring. Someone out there is looking for me In my life is where they want to be I'm hoping we find each other very soon And on that day I will be over the moon They say patience is a virtue, so true Playing the waiting game is all I can do He will have to be honest, loving and caring With a heart of gold he doesn't mind sharing We will meet eventually of that I'm very sure Then I can be happy right through to the core

We all make mistakes from time to time The biggest one falling for someone online You can't get to know the real person on there By a few hours chatting just here and there So you arrange to meet and all goes great Both thinking WOW this must have been fate Things improve you feel closer day by day Thinking you'll be together come what may But then suddenly you get hit by reality And realise that it just wasn't meant to be You say your sorry that it has to finally end You can't be lovers but can still be a friend They take it bad and turn right against you But they don't realise you are hurting too So take heed from this and please be aware Don't be too quick to admit to them you care When that happens and it all comes to an end You always end up losing a very special friend.
