She enters my mind fondly
a ray of solstice for my eye
focused in an image akin
to the brightest star in the sky

In description of this Goddess
I find it difficult and rare
to chance I should encounter
one more beauteous and fair

Her gaze I find alluring
for deception is not seen
the qualities of which belong
to none other than a queen

The years she owns are tender
although it matters not her age
for it is betrayed by press of quill
when it is poured upon the page

With the wisdom of a wizard
and the talent of artist grand
it is pure gold in midst of tinsel
that is released from gentle hand

She doth not escape my notice
nor shall she ever fall from grace
with indelibly eloquent whispers
that inspire my heart to race

A Dream Worth Dreaming

Somewhere in my dreams I hear your voice
Whispering gently....into thin air
At the edge of the mountain I close my eyes
Sensing your breathing...feeling you appear there

On the edge of my dreams I see your face
A twin soul......when we share eyes
At the edge of the mountain I catch my breath
Touching our finger tips...mouth goes dry

In the shadows of my dreams I taste your lips
So soft against mine like a warm rain
At the edge of the mountain my heart slows
Sharing our every breath....two hearts don't refrain

In the deepest part of my dreams I feel your touch
Breathless....from the warmth of your skin
At the edge of the mountain I open my eyes
Seeing only clouds....feeling.... within

On the edge of my dreams is where I want to stay
It's there...I'm forever in your arms...safe...sound

Missing An Angel

Ain't it funny how life

feels measured in time? 

ain't if funny how fate 

never leaves it to late?

I heard a heavenly song..

I started singing along 

still I can't beleive 

you sent her here to me
