Buppa
Although you are gone
Forgotten you will never be
Always in my heart
So much you mean to me
The Cheese Its
The peanuts
The Trident always in your pocket
There were no words ever needed
Just reach in and take a piece
My own Buppa Trident despencer
The play houses that we made from refridgerator boxes in the barn
The nights that Bridget and I spend down stairs
Watching movies on the big screen
Saturday nights going to get movies cuz
Sundays you were always closed
Going to church and begging to ring the bell
Up Down Up Down
Some how it was always better than riding a roller coaster
Wiggle your ears wiggle your ears
Sitting on your lap watching TV
Always loved your kisses cuz they were not all wet
Like Nana's
Your hugs where your arms
Wrap all the way around me
Horse shoes out back
BBQ's on every holiday
Running through that sprinkler
For hours on end
Going to get the mail
Cutting through that woods just to stop in to say hi
Pulling apart the film things in the basement
Playing in the back room with the chair that turned round and round
Playing in the darkroom
Though I was afraid of the dark
Staying home from school sick
Upstairs at Aunt Donna's
Buppa right downstairs
I loved sick days
All the movies that you could watch
Watching the fire trucks go to calls from the window upstairs
Hide and seek in the barn
Skunks under the barn
Sunday beers at Dad's
Although you are gone
Forgotten you will never be
Always in my heart
So much you mean to me
