My wife and I are starting a business, but we need to choose which one.
We have the choice of opening a Pizzeria or a Used Bookstore.
Based solely on these following criteria, which would you choose?
Bookstore
Good things - easier to start, less start up cost, easy work
Bad things - less money to be made, less rewarding, long hours
Pizzeria
Good things - more money to be made, hours go by faster, rewarding as we are selling our own creation
Bad things - lot of start up cost, more red tape, health inspections
