Well i decided to get a new audio book so i could revise some of my political views and ideas or to make sure they were indeed the right thing to do to insure a republic.
I decided to get the all time classic - plato's : the republic, i thought i'd find the argumetative dialogue intriguing and it could give me some ideas and help me figure out what countries mean morally and such.
Instead, what i get is this dudes interpretation of the key arguments. The worst thing is he uses no facts, or working examples. In his wording all he does is quote historical periods. yeah, going to 200 bc 400 bc then jumping to 17th century and 18th century - quoting al these people with obscure examples; that's what he does.
Needless to say after an hour and twenty minutes i realised it was not the republic. It was the most popular of the republic searches and was the highest rated, but not the republic.
Just got back from jogging 4 miles in the heat(96 degrees). It was tough, but feels rewardig now.
I smashed my bluetooth keybaord up before i left and needed to relieve some stress anyway.
Time to pig out on Oreos and chocolate milk! lol.
My laptop keybaord has been punched, spilled on, and abused for the last 3 years and is finally wearing down a bit.
I have been typing fast and pressing enter expecting my words to be completed... but, when i look up to proof read a little, I find my wording and letters missing. Damn...

Went to this restruant called copelands, got me an appetizer of Cajun shrimp; it tasted like crap. I ordered my entree, Veal, and it came with some shrimp pasta b.s and you guessed it. both were nasty.
Service was bad to. I left a 61 cent tip. Believe me i am the opposite of cheap; I usually leave 5$ for every 25 i spend, or 5$ per 3 drinks at the bar.
Yeah, my best friend got married last weekend and just got back from his cruise.
It's kind of wierd when all your friends and acquaintances start getting married.
Makes me feel lonely, but I'd rather be alone than married, lol.
I'm getting real anxious about boot camp, its only about 7 more weeks before i have to go. Not sure what exactly to expect but i need to unwind and travel, one last time, before giving up my personal freedom i've had for so long.
I am flying to seattle with my buddy to meet up with my friend, he lives in vancouver and will pick us up and hook us up with a house to stay in. It's pretty cool and i've never been to Seattle or canada.
Sold my bass last week on Ebay for 700$ (was originally 1100$) SO i could buy a new handgun. I like exploring new things and Gun skill is one of those things.
I have a 308 semi-auto sniper rifle but yeah guess what no handgun! So i sold the bass and should be getting my money Friday or saturday of next week.
Pay-Pal requires you to wait 3 days after your shipped item is confirmed delivered before they release your funds, then you have to wait 3 days for the funds to transfer to your bank account. It's bulshit but the covenience of E-bay is awesome.
The friend that lives in Vanouver is "Jerry" he's chinese and i met him in 2005 when i was living in Australia. He spoke better english than australians(lols) We were introduced by this guy from Germany(met him at Kingsford Airport) Anyways it was pretty cool we had fun making fun of australians and ever since have been good friends.
Jerry's first time in the USA was October of last year when he flew to vegas, i went and met him and boy did he love the USA. I knew he would, people always do. When you leave the USA and return from a foreign country, you realise how awesome and different our States are.
The best thing i ever heard in my life was "welcome back to the United States" at LAX customs.
