I have been divorced four years now. I filed for divorce ,after my husband of twenty years, told me he did not love me or want to be married . I knew we had problems, but I thought we 'both' were trying to work it out. I tried to keep things cival for the children. He threatened me, was emotionally abusive, and just assinine . I had to file for a protective order against him. He has very little contact with my sons who both live with me. They are old enough to take care of themselves and they are a big help around the house. I am just feeling overwhelmed by having to do it all now. I have had trouble sleeping and would like some advice on what to do!
A. Should I ask the doctor for some medicine?
B. Other suggestions such as hot tea, glass of wine, exercise, etc.
