I was reading today that open carry was suspended at the request of Cleveland police union, despite police stating it was good for the populous and a constitutional right, when in acted. There has been a number of polical groups planning protests and some state they will open carry. Is it hypocrisy that the GOP did not object especially after starting that "good guys with guns, stop bad guys with guns?

A: Open carry is now bad cause a bunch of African Americans were planning to march with guns.

B: They can claim it was the police that wanted it, not them.
