At first I saw you peeking through the clouds that slowly drifted by;
Like a small child, peeking through mini blinds, trying to see who is coming, only ending with a sigh.
When I see you next, it looked as if you were coming out of a shell;
Peeping over the top, just enough to see, unsure of a future, the one thing, only time will tell.
As I watched you rise into the sky, you rose above those clouds passing by.
Now your in the open, your brightness shines through, you're well rounded beauty, with the dark sky behind you.
